Read the example below from eBay customer verifying we sent package on Oct. 14th 2005 and they received their item Nov. 28th 2005. This is Canada customs service and mail system holding up packages, not Airbrush City. This is not the norm, but it does happen more than we would like to see.

Airbrush City now ships products to Canada with the following conditions.

Airbrush City will not ship any package to Canada without the true declared value of the package on Customs receipt. There will be absolutely no exceptions, as doing otherwise is simply fraudulent.

Buyer is responsible for any and all Taxes, Duties (which are expensive in Canada) and Brokerage fees (charged by UPS, if shipped UPS) on items shipped by Airbrush City to Canada. These Additional charges are not paid to Airbrush City, and will be collected by delivery service at time of delivery.

Buyer understands that the shipping cost, will vary, and can be quite expensive on heavier items. 

Buyer agrees to the type of service Airbrush City chooses for shipping any particular item to Canada, and understands, because of the new stricter customs procedures, items can take several weeks to arrive to their location.

Tracking is available only on packages shipped UPS or through the USPS Express Services. The US POSTAL Service does not offer tracking for Airmail Parcel Post or Economy Parcel Post packages (although tracking is not available for the last 2 services, the packages can be traced after 30 days from shipping date and are sent with customs slip and insurance)

Because of the very small profit margin built into Airbrush City items, any buyer outside of the United States is responsible for shipping and handling both ways in the event an item needs to be returned to Airbrush City for warranty work or refund.

This item was mailed just a couple of days after auction ended, and took 6+ weeks to be delivered in Canada. This item was mailed via USPS Airmail Parcel Post.
