Model GD100 Gravity Feed Airbrush
Nozzle Diameter: 0.2 m
| Applications: |
- Commercial arts, illustrations, photo retouching, hobby and
crafts, automotive graphics
|
| How to spray: |
- Fill fluid cup with material after proper reduction. (Material
consistency should be about that of milk) We always recommend
using "airbrush" paints.
- Hold airbrush lightly in hand
- By pressing the main lever, a stream of air emerges. Draw back
lever gradually for color atomization.
- Turning adjusting screw #16 creates a stop for lever, limiting
the amount of material allowed in mixing chamber.
- The spray pattern is in accordance with the distance between
the work surface and airbrush.
- For fine line work, remove the needle cover and hold airbrush
near work surface with lower air pressure. This may take some
practice.

| Maintenance |
- Empty the fluid cup and wash with water or proper cleaning
solvent with brush.
- Refill cup with cleaning solvent or water, block needle cover
with finger and spray. This creates a backwash to clean
materials remaining in the chamber.
