WARNING!
READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL
INSTRUCTIONS
Failure to follow all instructions may result in
electric shock, fire, and or serious injury.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
-
Keep Work Area clean and well lighted.
-
DO NOT operate power tools in explosive
atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids,
gasses, or dusty areas. Electrical tools can create sparks
which may ignite the dust or fumes.
-
Keep Children away while operating your
compressor.
-
Grounded tools must be plugged into a
properly grounded outlet.
-
Do not expose to rain or wet conditions.
Danger of electrical shock can occur if electrical equipment
becomes wet.
-
If using an extension cord, be sure it is
rated to carry the current compressor draws.
-
Be sure power switch is in the OFF position
before plugging unit into electrical outlet.
-
NEVER direct compressed air at people or
animals.
-
DO NOT alter or remove the factory sealed
Pressure Relief Valve (part #3) Doing so can damage the
compressor, and voids warranty.
-
Always wear ANSI approved eye protection.
-
Make sure Tools used with this air compressor
do not exceed the volume of air this compressor produces.
Excessive running of compressor, by attempting to run tools
not meant to be used with this compressor, can cause
compressor to over work and heat excessively, damaging the
unit.

SET UP

- ¼” Pipe
extension (install to air outlet on compressor –
using Teflon Tape both ends)
- Moisture Filter
(Install to Part # 1)
- ¼” Pipe Nipple
(Install to Moisture Filter #2 using Teflon Tape
both ends)
- Shut Off Valve
(Install to Part # 3 add Teflon Tape to Male
threads)
- ¼” NPT to ¼ BSP
Thread adapter (Use this adapter to connect Airbrush
Airlines that use ¼ BSP Threads. All Airbrush City
Braided Airlines are ¼ BSP Threads. No Teflon tape
required, as the Braided airlines have built in
seal)
- Air Tank
Pressure Gauge
- Air Output
Pressure Gauge. Read the air pressure delivered to
Airbrush (must have back pressure for accurate
reading)
- Safety Release
Valve (Release air automatically incase air
compressor would fail to shut down automatically)
- Pressure
Regulator Adjustment Knob.
NEVER OVERTIGHTEN CONNECTIONS. CHECK FOR AIR LEAKS
USING SOAP & WATER.

|
OPERATION
- Be sure air
tank drain valve, located on bottom of air tank, is
closed.
- Turn Pressure
Regulator Knob counterclockwise until closed.
- Close Shut Off
valve (#4 shown in closed position)
- Plug power cord
into standard household current. – 120 Volt,
grounded.
- Turn the power
switch on and allow pressure to build until
compressor turns off automatically.
- BERFORE
ATTACHING AIRLINE – Adjust
the air pressure to approximately 25 PSI. (Never
have air pressure above 60 PSI to an airbrush
airline, as excessive air pressure can damage
airbrushes, and airbrush airlines. You can then
adjust your air pressure to the best air pressure
for use with each individual airbrush)
YOU ARE NOW READY TO START USING COMPRESSOR
_______________________________________________________________________
Never overwork your air compressor,
as heat can occur with excessive constant running.
If your air compressor is not building pressure when
in use, and shutting down occasionally
automatically, you may be using more air than it is
capable of creating. Extended periods of running the
compressor without resting, can cause over heating,
and cause the automatic thermal overload protector
to kick in and shut down the compressor. If this
happens, turn the power switch off, and wait 1-15
minutes to allow the unit to cool. Then re-start.
This is a feature built in to protect the compressor
from damage.
SHUTTING DOWN AFTER USE
- Turn Power
Switch to Off position.
- Close Shut Off
Valve and briefly activate airbrush or air tool to
bleed any air pressure from airline. Remove Airline
from Compressor.
- Open Shut Off
Valve to bleed air from air tank.
- Open Air Tank
Drain Valve on bottom of air tank and tilt slightly
to drain any moisture from tank.
- To Clean
Compressor, use moist rag with mild detergent. NEVER
USE SOLVENTS to clean compressor.
