through Airbrush City™ Inc. at no charge if found defective due to
workmanship or materials for length of stated warranty. Purchaser
must contact Airbrush City for a Return Authorization # for all
repairs and warranty issues. This will ensure when Airbrush
City receives the item back, we will have on record your shipping
information, contact information, and what problem the return
product may have. For any and all warranty issues, purchaser must
return item to Airbrush City, shipping pre-paid. We suggest insuring
item, with tracking number or proof of delivery, as any damaged,
stolen, or lost items are not the responsibility of Airbrush City,
until receipt of return is accepted by Airbrush City without
shipping damage. Airbrush City, unlike many merchants, will
pay for the re-shipping back to customer, after repair or
replacement has been made. Because of the nature of equipment, we
can not offer cash refunds. Be sure you really want airbrushing
equipment before purchasing. Customers that purchase airbrush
systems, try it out, and find the really do not have knack for
airbrushing, or simply change their minds, must realize their
investment for airbrushing equipment is final, and can not be
refunded. No exceptions. In the rare event that the shipping carrier
damages the product in transit, contact Airbrush City immediately to
file a claim. Once Airbrush City verifies the the claim with
carrier, and carrier has picked up equipment, Airbrush City will
re-send the items, or refund customer, depending on availability of
